What makes 100ss so special? Several things actually. It is especially formulated to work well with our hard water found in southern Arizona and in many other states near by. The same water that dries on your shower glass leaving it hazy, dull and dirty looking is also drying on your floors and having the same effect. 100ss helps break down that hard water, and reabsorb some of the residue left behind from other cleaners.

Additionally, 100ss is pH neutral, which makes it safe for all of your water-safe hard surfaces. Why is that important? pH is VERY important when you are selecting chemicals. The wrong pH can severely damages some surfaces. Using an acidic cleaner on a stone floor such as travertine will etch and dull the finish almost immediately. This cannot be undone without mechanically polishing the surface to remove the etches. This can be a time-consuming and costly process. 100ss is safe on stone floor such as travertine, slate, soap stone and on granite countertops. Additionally, it is safe for all floor finishes/sealers/waxes that are commonly found on saltillo, concrete overlays, polished concrete and on porcelain and ceramic tile. Quite simply, it is a powerful cleaner that is safe on any floor surface that can be safely cleaned with water!
