Excellent service. Knowledgeable from the second they answer the phone. I hate when I call a place and the person who answers has to go find someone - like a sales rep - because they have no idea how the business functions. With these guys you get knowledge and understanding of what is needed immediately. That they do floors is a given. That they do cement driveways, including the chemicals needed to clean them is a bonus. I recommend them to anyone who needs equipment and chemicals to clean and clear the “unknown enemy growth” that appears on patios and driveways.

I think their prices are a bit high for the market. I've found several comparable products for far less at other suppliers. I understand the allure of buying from a local company, but not to pay an additional 30%-60%. You would probably be better served somewhere else. Great customer service though. If you think good customer service is worth 30%-60%, perhaps this is a store for you.

Horrible service these girls are clueless as to what is needed and their equipment is garbage. After much frustration i decided to buy my own. Amanda thinks she is a slick salesman but i could see right through her and her sketchy ways! Do not shop here it's a waste of your time just go to Home Depot or Lowe's!

These people are a bunch of lier's, they told me on the phone for to FB and I did what they told me to do and when I got there to get what I requested they told me that they don't have it but this lady was behind me and was told they had it. My money's not good ???

High priced, and the mechanic put blade on wrong. Had to fix myself and had to take tool back as it didnt work correctly.

Since starting our cleaning business in 1996, we have been buying cleaning supplies and receiving top-notch customer service from ICA. The owner, Amanda, truly cares about pleasing her customers and offering excellent customer service. Lolo, who manages the store, is extremely knowledgeable and eager to please every one who walks in the front (back) door. We have been using the 100SS cleaner since 1996 and customers continue to rave about how it cleans and how it smells. For cleaning companies: ICA provides great customer service, great knowledge of their products and they are great at troubleshooting your questions/concerns. And they deliver! For the homeowner: you will appreciate the selection of products, the knowledge and eagerness of the staff to serve you. I highly recommend ICA and their products to businesses, cleaning services and homeowners!

ICA and their staff are AMAZING! Every time I have a question about flooring it gets answered and then some. They are so knowledgeable and friendly and helpful! Seems like such a great service but do not come to your site. UPDATE - I should have been clearer, service to comes to locations to pick up and drop off machines that need to be fixed. That would be great!

100SS all purpose cleaner not your typical cleaner. It is surprisingly the best product to be used on any surface including tile and the hard to clean grout between the tile. If it cleans such surface imagine what it does to many other areas to be cleaned. A pleasant fragrance is left behind but most importantly the surface that is cleaned with 100SS is positively cleaned and it shows. Highly recommended.

The very best place to buy supplies in Tucson! The employees are knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer to your product question they will find out! 100SS is sold exclusively by ICA and this is the product I recommend to all of my customers. 100SS is the best product to clean and maintain your floors, clean counters, showers, walls, doors, just about anything! My employees actually use the product to clean stain and sealer off of their hands after a hard day at work! No filmy residue and doesn't cause damage like so many other products on the market today!
